Löve and Löve (1975a) considered Artemisia globularia to be uniformly tetraploid and erroneously assigned reports of other ploidy levels made under this name to other species.
Geography: Amphi-Beringian: RFE ALA CAN.
Notes: Korobkov and Yurtsev: There is a geographical pattern in the ploidy levels. Diploids occur at the Bering Strait, whereas the hexaploids are much more western and the tetraploids intermediate.
