Not included: Reports of 2n = 40 (5x) and 48 (6x) by Göpfert (1974) and 2n = ca. 56 from U.S.A. (Colorado) by Löve and Kapoor (1967b). May belong to other species.
Geography: Asian (NE) - amphi-Pacific/Beringian - Cordilleran: ALA CAN.
Notes: Four other Cordilleran varieties of Ranunculus eschscholtzii are recognized.
