Geography: American Beringian: ALA CAN.
Notes: The name Senecio conterminus Greenm. was previously applied to this American Beringian plant. However, Packera contermina (Greenm.) J.F. Bain is a different species of southwestern Canada and northwestern U.S.A., see Trock (2006b). The report of the high-ploid chromosome number of 2n = >160 (Packer 1972) belongs to P. contermina.
