Geography: American Beringian: (ALA).
Notes: Murray and Elven: Polemonium villosissimum is related to P. boreale but differs from that species in at least seven non-overlapping characters (see Murray and Elven 2010b). It is, as far as known, restricted to the central and southern mountains of Alaska and the Yukon Territory and reaches the Borderline Arctic in the Kilbuck-Kuskokwim mountains of southwestern Alaska. It occurs within the range of P. boreale (sympatric) without any observed intermediates.
