2n= 14 (2x). - Far East (N). - Several reports.

Geography: European (NE) - Asian (N) - amphi-Beringian: NOR? RUS SIB RFE ALA.

Notes: The doubts about Norway concern some plants in the easternmost parts of the province of Finnmark. These resemble morphologically some plants assigned to Cochlearia arctica on the Russian side but a thorough investigation (Nordal in comment) revealed only tetraploid (2n = 24) plants in the mainland Norwegian material. All proved C. arctica is diploid (2n = 14).
