Notes: Carlsen: This species has been assigned to sect. Cardaminella together with the following Beringian aggregate. It rather belongs together with a group of alpine European species (C. alpina Willd., C. resedifolia L.) in a very distinct clade in an ITS Cardamine phylogeny (Carlsen et al. 2009).
