- Kom., Bot. Mater. Gerb. Glavn. Bot. Sada RSFSR 2: 134 (1921). Described from the Anadyr area in South Chukotka (the Russian Far East). - Sorbus aucuparia subsp. anadyrensis (Kom.) Á. Löve & D. Löve, Cytotax. Atlas Arct. Fl.: 348 (1975) comb. illeg., without specification as a new combination and with no basionym reference.
- Sorbus sibirica auct., non Hedl. (1901).
Geography: Asian Beringian: RFE.
Notes: Sorbus anadyrensis is probably better merged with subsp. sibirica (Nedolushko 1996b) or included in S. aucuparia as a subspecies. We have found no valid publication of the subspecific combination proposed by Löve and Löve (1975a).
