Geography: Asian (NE): SIB.
Notes: Yurtsev: Hedysarum vicioides is a very good species only penetrating the Arctic along the lower reaches of Lena River. It is characterized by very small and yellowish white flowers, bracts and calyx glabrous but ciliate, pedicels short and pubescent in lower half, and lacking rhizomes but roots tuberose. It can hardly be included into any aggregate.
Elven and Solstad: After having observed H. vicioides in the field, we agree with Yurtsev.
