Geography: Asian (NE): SIB RFE.
Notes: Yurtsev: Differentiation of Hedysarum dasycarpum is complicated by occurrence of three races in Yakutia. Between the arctic var. depauperata, which probably deserves rank as subspecies, and the typical race occurs in subarctic Yakutia a race with numerous minute flowers. Morphologically, H. dasycarpum seems to be closer to the presumed ancestral type of this aggregate.
