Geography: Asian (NE).
Notes: Elven: White-flowered. Comparing Siberian Oxytropis leucantha and European O. campestris, we find them different. We are more in doubt about the value of the two races proposed by Yurtsev.
Yurtsev: The subspecies of O. leucantha differ by a complex of characters including shape and pubescence of leaflets, and shape, structure, and size of calyx and petals. Intermediates occur in contact zones or where the races are partly overlapping. Subspecies leucantha is more southern Siberian and does not reach the Arctic.
