Notes: This species has commonly been denoted Salix dasyclados but its name is S. burjatica (Skvortsov 1968; Jalas and Suominen 1976). The name S. dasyclados Wimm. 1849 belongs to a hybrid of east-central European origin with a Polish specimen as type (Larsson 1995). This hybrid differs from the native Eurasian species.
