Geography: Amphi-Atlantic? - European - Asian (W): NOR RUS GRL.
Notes: Agrostis gigantea has been reported as native from the arctic Varanger Peninsula in Norway (TROM). Böcher et al. (1978) considered it both native and adventive in southwestern Greenland, whereas Pedersen (1972) considered it adventive in Greenland.
