Geography: Asian (N/C): SIB.
Notes: Malyschev (1990) reported Carex mollissima from the lower Ob River (Yuzh. Labatnang River) in northwestern Siberia, within the Arctic. It approaches the Arctic in Putorana in northern Siberia.
