Geography: North American (E): CAN.

Notes: The name Streptopus lanceolatus replaces the well-known S. roseus due to the typification of Uvularia lanceolata (Reveal 1993). The eastern and diploid subsp./var. lanceolatus reaches the Arctic in eastern Canada. The western hexaploid S. curvipes Vail has been treated as a variety or subspecies in several combinations. It does not reach the Arctic and neither do two other eastern North American varieties (Utech 2002).
