NotesElven and Solstad: Our Russian collaborators have not reported Lysiella oligantha to reach the Arctic in Russia. We found it in 2004 (O) on Tit-Ary island in the clearly arctic Lena River Delta in Yakutia (Sakha). The species approaches the Arctic in several other regions - northern Norway, Taimyr-Putorana, Yana-Kolyma - and is reported from the Borderline Arctic in South Chukotka (Anadyr).
