Cochlearia officinalis subsp. islandica (Pobed.) Nordal & Bjorå ined.
Publ. & Syn.?Cochlearia pyrenaica sensu Á. Löve & D. Löve (1975), non DC. (1821).
NotesNordal and Bjorå (in comment) assign subsp. islandica to Cochlearia officinalis rather than to C. groenlandica but the relevant combination is not yet published. We (and probably Nordal and Bjorå) accept subsp. islandica due to the assumed reproductive isolation from tetraploid C. officinalis subsp. officinalis.
Chromosomes14 (2x). - Europe (Iceland). - At least three reports, partly for C. pyrenaica.
