NotesCody (1996) mapped a single locality for Elatine (as E. triandra) on the arctic coast of the Yukon Territory. It is not clear whether this plant belongs to the Eurasian E. triandra, the western North American E. rubella (see Holmgren et al. 2005 for a discussion of the latter and differences from the former), or some other species.
