NotesSection Spectabilia is a large Atlantic group with numerous microspecies in western Scandinavia (most of them non-arctic) and Iceland and with two microspecies reported from Greenland and one tentatively assigned Canadian microspecies. Brouillet (2006a) merged the Canadian microspecies (Taraxacum torngatense) with T. lapponicum, whereas he did not mention the two Greenland microspecies.
Chromosomes32 (4x). - Europe (N), Greenland. - At least five reports.
