NotesCentaurea montana is an escaped garden ornamental persisting (probably by vegetative means) in Nordkapp (in the Arctic) and Vadsø (in the Borderline Arctic) in Norway and most probably in Siglufjördur (in the Arctic, AMNH) in Iceland.
