NotesAntennaria intermedia has been reported with a sparse range in western Greenland, partly well north of the range of A. hansii. Bayer (2006) assigned it to the synonymy of A. alpina s. lat. but Greenland authors have considered it more closely related to A. attenuata (and A. hansii).
