Draba cana Rydb.
Publ. & Syn.Draba lanceolata auct., non Royle (1839).
NotesDraba cana is present also in northeastern Asia but has not been reported from the Arctic there.
Rollins (1993) included this plant as a var. cana of the southern Cordilleran D. breweri S. Watson. We do not follow that proposal. Al-Shehbaz et al. (2010a: 297) listed four independent diagnostic characters separating these two species. For the Asian D. lanceolata, see Excluded taxa.
Chromosomes32 (4x). - Alaska, Canada, Greenland. - At least three reports, more than 15 counts.
GeographyAsian (N/C) - amphi-Beringian - North American: ALA CAN GRL.
