Cardamine sphenophylla Jurtz.
Publ. & Syn.Jurtz., Novosti Sist. Vyssh. Rast. 9: 184 (1972). Holotype (LE): Russian Far East: East Chukotka, the north coast of Penkigney Bay near the Ukheniveem River mouth, 23. Aug. 1970, leg. Yu.P. Kozhevnikov and B.A. Yurtsev 70-190Y. - Cardamine digitata var. sphenophylla (Jurtz.) Khatri, Feddes Repert. 101: 443 (1990).
NotesPetrovsky and Elven: Khatri's (1990) proposal of Cardamine sphenophylla as a variety of C. digitata is not supported by morphology. After inspection of specimens (LE), we agree that this is a distinct species not closely related to C. digitata. It would be more reasonable to relate C. sphenophylla to C. victoris.
