Braya rosea (Turcz.) Bunge
Publ. & Syn.Braya aenea Bunge, Del. Sem. Hort. Dorpat.: 8 (1839). Type (LE): Siberia: the Altai, "in alpinis ad Tschujana". Type probably in LE, isotype in G! (Herb. Bunge, "Braya aenea mihi, Flor. Orient. altaica", 1842).
NotesWarwick et al. (2003b) synonymized Braya aenea with B. rosea. After inspection of isotypes in G, we agree. Braya rosea constitutes its own clade in the phylogeny presented by Warwick et al. besides the major B. alpina-linearis-humilis and the B. glabella-thorild-wulffii-pilosa clades.
