NotesHultén (1968a) tentatively reported the trans-American Rubus acaulis from Chukotka. There is also a chromosome count report from there (Zhukova 1982) but confirmation of Asian occurrence is needed.
Chromosomes(1) 14 (2x). - Canada. - At least four reports.
(2) 21 (3x). - Far East (East Chukotka). - Zhukova (1982, two counts). Another report of the intriguing triploids.
