Spiraea salicifolia L.
Publ. & Syn.L., Sp. Pl.: 489 (1753). Lectotype (LINN): Siberia. Herb. Linn. 651.2 (Silverside in Jarvis et al. 1993: 90).
NotesGladkova (PAF proposal) reported, in addition to arctic occurrences in Kharaulakh and West Chukotka, that Spiraea salicifolia approaches the Arctic in South Chukotka (Yakubov and Nedolushko 1996 mapped it very close to the boundary). Sekretareva (1999) included it from the lower Jenisei (Yamal-Gydan and Taimyr), Anabar-Lena, and Yana-Kolyma but not from Kharaulakh. The slight discrepancy is probably due to different data sources utilized or different circumscriptions of the Arctic.
