NotesYurtsev: The consideration of Oxytropis beringensis, known from two localities, as a subspecies of O. sordida, should be discussed. It is not a transition; it is an isolated rare race ? with several morphological distinctions.
       Elven and Murray: Perhaps it should be compared with Alaskan plants? We have not had material available for inspection and comparison.
