NotesEuphorbia discolor may belong to an E. esula group but is accepted by, e.g., Baikov (1996a), Geltman (2001), and Lomonosova (in comment). It reaches the Borderline Arctic along the lower Lena River (Baikov 1996a; Elven and Solstad observations 2004).
