Halerpestes Greene
Publ. & Syn.Greene, Pittonia 4: 207 (1900).
NotesElven and Murray: Molecular analyses (Hörandl et al. 2005; Paun et al. 2005) support Halerpestes as a genus apart from Ranunculus. The names Cyrtorhyncha and Halerpestes are based on different species and are assumed by, e.g., Emadzade et al. (2010) not to be synonymous.
