Notes	Soreng et al. (2003) synonymized the Siberian Puccinellia borealis subsp. neglecta with the American P. nuttalliana. We would like to see arguments for that solution.
Chromosomes	42 (6x). - Siberia (N), Far East (N), Canada. - At least four reports.
