X Trisetokoeleria Tzvelev
Publ. & Syn.Koeleria x Trisetum.
NotesTzvelev (PAF proposal) suggested for entry three species assumed developed from hybrids between Koeleria asiatica and three species of Trisetum. We have seen no documentation of them as stabilized and independently reproducing units. They are entered provisionally.
The presence of these hybrids made us ask whether the assignment of Koeleria asiatica within the genus Koeleria was correct. Tzvelev answered that K. asiatica was distinctly a Koeleria and not closely related to Trisetum.
