NotesLomonosova (1990) did not record Avenula dahurica from the Siberian Arctic. However, Tzvelev (PAF proposal) reported it from arctic Kharaulakh.
Chromosomes>100 ca. 120 126. - Far East (N). - At least four reports.
Not included: A report of 2n = 28 (4x) from West Chukotka (Zhukova 1969). The discrepancy between this low-ploid count and the others needs explaining.
