NotesAt Hudson Bay, Carex paleacea reaches the Borderline Arctic at York Factory in Manitoba and the Arctic at 5610'N on the eastern side in Quebec (Scoggan 1978b; McJannet et al. 1993). In northern Europe, it may reach the Borderline Arctic in Måsøy and Nesseby in Norway and in the Murman area in European Russia (Hultén 1971b).
