NotesBall: Carex eburnea reaches the Arctic in the Hudson Bay maritime tundra east to Cape Henrietta-Maria.
       Elven: Hultén (1968a) and Porsild and Cody (1980) mapped it from the Borderline Arctic in northern Alaska, at the Mackenzie River Delta, and at Nelson River on the southwestern side of Hudson Bay.
