Blysmopsis Oteng-Yeboah
Publ. & Syn.Blysmus auct., non Panz. ex Schult. (1824).
NotesMurray: Oteng-Yeboah (1974a) argued that Blysmopsis should be accepted apart from Blysmus Panz. ex Schult., Mant. 2: 41 (1824) nom. cons., and stated that: "I cannot help concluding that we are dealing with two basically distinct genera ... The anatomical differences between them are very well marked". We follow that solution.
