Luzula parviflora subsp. fastigiata (E. Mey.) Hämet-Ahti | |
Publ. & Syn. | Luzula parviflora subsp. divaricata sensu Hultén (1944), non Luzula divaricata S. Watson (1879). |
Notes | Kirschner: Luzula divaricata S. Watson is a distinct endemic of the mountains of central California and western Nevada. Hultén's application of this name for southern Alaskan plants was erroneous. Elven: Hultén (1968a) mapped subsp. fastigiata (as subsp. divaricata) as non-arctic in southern Alaska but it has later been found to reach the Arctic in the Goodnews Bay area in southwestern Alaska (ALA). |
