NotesSubspecies affine reaches the Borderline Arctic in southwestern Alaska (Hauke 1993, an extension compared with Hultén 1968a) and in the northern Yukon Territory (Cody 1996). Cody (in comment) gave the Yukon Territory locality as Bell River which runs out of the northern Richardson Mountains.
